Love it alot. I dont have pics but I get a strawberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese and they are not stingy. So good. Oh, and I get decaf pretty good too.

Have been going here for years and my last experience was terrible. 1) Requested 6 everything bagels, girl pulled egg. Noticed when I got home. 2) Paid with Western Bagel rewards. Girl helping acted frustrated and inconvenienced that we needed to pay with rewards. She didn’t know how to process payment and had to get help. 3) Asked for a bag for cream cheese and lox. Girl helping acted frustrated and inconvenienced because we requested a bag. 4) Came home, called to give feedback on poor service. Nobody answered phone. Left a message over a week ago with my name and number giving Western an opportunity to address the terrible service. Nobody from Western responded. Four strikes, it’s a 1-star Google review. Western will probably respond now…

Stopped in at 9:15 on a Thursday morning hoping to pick up a bag of their protein bagels. I waited in the ordering line behind four Sheriffs and for 10 minutes I stood there. There were only two people working cooking bagels and no one taking orders. The people behind me walked out and eventually, so did I. Great bagels, no service.

Ordered two bagels to go via the app. Got home, both have differing amounts of cream cheese. I didn’t special order. Seriously?! I realize this is a first world problem, but surely someone could look at this and say to themselves “Maybe that’s not enough cream cheese?” I mean, for Christ’s sake, I’m already paying a premium for the herb cream cheese, you’d think you could take a little extra time and make sure the correct amount of cream cheese is on the damn bagel.

My husband bought 3 Traditional bagels from this location on 12/12/2025, when I was eating the all bagel it was supper salty, inedible of the saltines. Contacted the store and left voicemail until right now, NOBODY return my call. I lived in Acton, how can I drive to returned them. It wasn’t free so I expected a call back or something and nothing. As you can see my husband spend a pretty penny in this place. I guess any place will be better than Westen Bagels
